Job Description

We’re looking for someone with a passion for learning and development, a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs, and designing blended learning solutions. In this role, you will be driving a culture of continuous professional development


Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive, unique learning solutions from start to completion; create specific training content aligned with training best practices

Build and maintain an internal network of subject matter experts (SMEs) to effectively identify key business challenges and develop an appropriate approach to improve learning effectiveness, support key roles, and address business needs

Drive solutions that focus on increasing core skills, capabilities, and proficiency for our engineering teams

Create and facilitate new hire training programs and new hire orientation to assist employees with getting acclimated into Liatrio’s culture and tools

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create bootcamp training for functional new hire cohorts

Work with functional leaders to build framework, learning objectives, syllabus and ensure adherence to the process

Manage new hire orientation including scheduling and facilitation of new hire orientation, first day orientation, develop and manage the 90 day onboarding process, and organize and deliver LMS classes for new hires.

Create and deliver new manager training

Collaborate on high potential leadership development roadmap and program development


Qualifications

Experience owning and driving full- cycle training development from identifying the need, developing the content, facilitation delivery, and evaluation

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills

Excellent organizational skills

Self-motivated and capable of working independently/autonomously

Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Experience analyzing data and using it to drive decisions and improvements

Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage expectations

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools, whether as a developer, project manager, or product owner

Deliver effective presentations to groups of various sizes both in-person and virtually

Experience with Articulate Rise, is a plus
