Job Description

General Summary of Duties: Responsible for stocking bars and assisting bartenders as needed.

Qualifications: Must be minimally 21 years old. High school diploma/GED preferred.

Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following)

  • Ensure all back up supplies stocked, e.g., glassware, napkins.
  • Ensure all liquor bottles have a “BERG” hot seal attached.
  • Offer a unique service while sustaining a level of professionalism that will encourage all guests to return.
  • Complete all side work duties and ensure work area is prepared for succeeding shift.
  • Keep all ice bins full.
  • Ensure all liquor bottles without seal are returned to liquor room.

Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.

Certificate/License: Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License; Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification.
