Technician Responsibilities:

• Complete digital inspection on vehicle using AutoVital's Comprehensive Digital Inspection on company provided iPad

• Utilize proper diagnostic procedures to assess car issues and address client concerns

• Check Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) to provide a comprehensive service

• Follow diagnostic troubleshooting guide to provide a high quality, high integrity level of service

• Utilize Autel scan tools, Shop Key, and Identifix to diagnose and service

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, engine, and transmission work, and all other matters of automotive repair and maintenance

• Communicate with Shop Foreman to provide accurate information to assist Service Advisors with the repair order using Tekmetrics software platform

• Provide service on a variety of makes and models - American, European, Asian, Fleet, Diesel, Hybrid, and EV, including Tesla

• Work within a team setting to solve problems and accomplish goals

• Utilize company-provided safety equipment and follow safety procedures

• Receive company-provided ongoing mentorship, training, and certification

• Work as part of the Technician team led by Shop Foreman to solve problems and provide exceptional work

• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area and appearance

• Operate with a high level of energy, positive attitude, and excellence

• Possess a hunger to learn, help and improve through coaching
