Russ Darrow Nisan in Milwaukee is Now Hiring Experienced Technicians to join their busy service team!
Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
• Performing work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Kia standards
• Continuously learning new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
• Inspecting and testing new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made
• Explaining mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
• Providing labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Working knowledge of shop equipment
• Dealership experience preferred
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is a plus
• Previous Dealership Experience is Preferred
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
