We are seeking a professional Medical Scribe for our office located in (Location). This is a full-time position assistant the physicians with documentation of patients visits in the EMR.
Administrative/Clerical

• Assists the physician with exams as a third part in attendance as needed
• Performs urinalysis as necessary
• Answers and returns phone calls
• Entering HPI
• Entering Assessments and plans
• Entering Orders
• Reviews the charts for accuracy of lab orders, x-ray reports or outside physician reports
• Entering Problems
• Completes alll EMR tasks given by Site Manager including but not limited to:
• Entering cheif complaint

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience as a scribe strongly preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years front office experience
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
