Experienced Virtual Medical Scribe

CCT has immediate openings for experienced virtual (synchronous) medical scribes with experience charting live directly in an EHR. In this role, you will utilize Zoom to virtually accompany a clinical provider and document each office visit in an EHR in real-time.

Compensation: Compensation begins at $12.00 per hour.

Schedule: M-F

Experience

• Strong medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare documentation an ABSOLUTE MUST!
• Must have EHR Scribe documentation experience

System Requirements

• Must have minimum 3.8Mbps upload speed and 3.0Mbps download speed
• Must own a Windows-based (Windows 10 or newer) desktop computer with at least a 24" screen or larger
• Must have a reliable, secure, and private high-speed internet connection (WiFi is not permitted, must be hard-wired with an Ethernet cable)

Workspace Requirements

• Must have a quiet and private workspace/office that is not easily visible to others. HIPAA Compliant.

Skills and Abilities

• Experience as a remote worker
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Must be a US resident and authorized to work in the US
• Proficiency in EHR Scribe Documentation (Epic or eClinicalWorks EHR experience preferred)

Essential Functions

• Navigation through the EHR. Epic or eClinicalWorks EHR experience preferred.
• Accurately document live medical office visits, interact with physician/provider and capture all pertinent information within the EHR in real time.
• Communication and professionalism
• Remote working and organizational skills
• Utilize Zoom to remain connected for duration of Virtual Scribe shift

Pay: $12.00 - $15.50 per hour
