Job Summary: The Athletic Facilities Operations Coordinator supervises facilities, manages operations, and supervises staff for events, games, and other addressed activities for assigned athletic facilities.
Additional Department Summary: This position serves as the on-site person to coordinate facility duties for both day-to-day and event functions in assigned Athletic Facilities. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: completing facility punch lists, coordinating work orders, tracking and follow through of completed work orders, assist in projects as assigned, assist in management of food and beverage operations at assigned facilities, coordinating event support by UA Shops, conducting physical inventories, maintaining files and records.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience.
Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of facility management including maintenance and event scheduling, safety and security, and special set-up of a variety of athletic activities. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituents.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in sports administration or other relevant discipline.
