Athletic Assistant Jobs

Under regular supervision, performs routine cleaning, and customer service duties as assigned. In charge of setting up for youth programs as well as leading youth programs.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting parents, assisting them with their children and sharing information about upcoming events such as family events and programs.
• Secure facility at the end of use.
• Managing youth athletic programs at various locations.
• Provide an inviting, safe, and fun environment.
• Open and set up athletic fields for authorized practices, games, and programs.
• Enforcing league rules.

• Good communication skills with adults, children, coaches, and parents required.
• Ability to perform manual work.
• Ability to understand and follow specific oral instructions.
• Able to work outdoors for extended period in all kinds of weather, and the ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to accept supervision, critique and guidance required.
• Ability to work with children and adults of all ages required.
• Must have general knowledge of basketball, baseball, and soccer.
• Graduation from high school or GED equivalency.
