Responsibilities:

  • Partnering closely with Senior Recruiters to identify and hire world class talent for our Clients and Partners
  • Sourcing and candidate research using our internal database, Linkedin Recruiter, Gem, Crunchbase, Behance, Github, Facebook, Twitter, + more
  • Keeping a close eye on the data EX: which email subjects have a high open rate? what is my conversion from initial screen to onsite interview?
  • Reporting, scheduling, coordination and support
  • Studying the technology and startup industries (what was your favorite TechCrunch article this week?)
