Rotational Development Program Overview
Are you looking for a program that offers on-the-job experience? Are you considering a future with Constellation, but would first like to gain a glimpse into the wine and spirits industry? The Rotational Development Program (RDP) is designed to advance your growth and develop invaluable insight into several functions within Winery and Spirits Operations. Our goal is to prepare you for a future in Operations by providing you with functional experiences that enables you to learn, contribute, and integrate with our organization.
During this two-year program, you will perform relevant assignments in three, rotations within the functional departments of Operations Excellence, Operations Finance and Human Resources.  Each rotation provides a well-rounded exposure/experience that includes on-the-job and leadership responsibilities, while learning more about the overall business. Included in the rotations will be presentations about key learning to Senior Leadership. Read more below about what you can learn and demonstrate in each rotation, starting with Operational Excellence Analyst first. Three positions will be available to rotate through. Please see below for details on each position.
Responsibilities:
The RDP role will have the opportunity to rotate within several functions including, Operations Excellence, Operations Finance and Human Resources.  While the role will partner with key members of each team on specific projects, this role will report into the Senior Director Operations Excellence team.
Operations Excellence Analyst
  • Insights into the Wine & Spirits network of facilities, key metrics, and a gain a solid understanding of operations
  • Learn about the strategic end-to-end supply chain projects, work as a core team member on select projects to support analysis, develop recommendations, design process improvements, and experience presenting to leadership
  • Support the development of project updates with experience to be gained in excel and PPT, learn the art of ‘storytelling’ and how to tailor communications and updates to the audience
  • Develop an understanding of CBI systems and data, help build models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
  • Estimated Length of Assignment: ~18 months

Operations Finance Analyst
  • Support margin history and forecasting analytics and building of key dashboards
  • Develop an understanding of capital planning, AOP, monthly finance reports and project analysis through on-the-job training/shadowing
  • Learn about COGS, P&L, Risk & Opportunity Forecasting, and data utilized within the finance organization

Human Resources Analyst
  • Estimated Length of Assignment: flexible
  • Support HR team to analyze and people interpret data
  • Support to understand full HR life cycle of all people activities.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to build people metrics dashboard and model for planning headcount

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Creativity and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to self-motivate and a drive for accountability and excellence
  • Recent Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Robust time management, organization, and project management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated teamwork experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Internship experience

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
  • Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

The salary range for this role is:
$45,700.00 - $82,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
