Facilitates the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of all students seeking entrance to a school or college of the University. Serves on management team to initiate new programs and procedures; represents the school/college internally and externally.

Essential Functions Assists the Director of Recruitment with managing international admissions and enrollment functions. Assists with developing and implementing the overall international recruitment strategic plan. Provides leadership and supervision for the international recruitment team and requires international travel to recruit. This position requires knowledge of international educational systems, international credential evaluation principles and processes, English requirements, visa requirements, and trends and best practices in international admissions, marketing, and student enrollment.
Physical Effort Mobility with regard to travel is essential and a requirement for successful performance in this position. Valid driver’s license is required as is a valid passport. Some travel visa and immunizations are required for specific countries. International recruitment travel requires the employee in this position to be able to withstand the following conditions: long international flights, extreme climate/environmental changes, repeated time zones changes. May be required to carry a box of materials (up to 50lbs).
