Your Role and Responsibilities

  • In companies with training teams, may serve as a subject matter expert, training the community of business users to maximize the utilization of system features to create and manage learning events, training modules, assessments and reports
  • Assists with data migrations, working with IT and outside vendors to test and troubleshoot systems issues; supports development of processes, content generation and loading; maintains training and user profile records; coordinates calendaring and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting and customer communications for learning events
  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company’s learning system technology to deliver online training to internal and/or external customers
  • Evaluates metrics and reports across multiple programs and provides business insights to facilitate decisions on education strategy


If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $107,600.00 to $215,200.00 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience administration and maintenance of the company’s learning system technology to deliver online training to internal and/or external customers
  • Experience with AI algorithms
  • Expertise at designing learning strategies and assessments
  • Familiarity with learning credentialing standards
