Associate Director, Internal Consulting

A Top Tier Investment Management Firm is seeking a Associate Director of Internal Consulting to join their growing team! This individual is a part of a team to provide transformational services across multiple processes. This individual will be a member of the IC leadership team. They operate on a hybrid schedule and can offer industry leading compensation due to a strong track record of performance!

Responsibilities

• Develop partnership with Executive leadership
• Building transformational program management and consulting skills
• Develop a consulting services capability that drives strategic change

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years combined experience managing in a major consulting firm and successfully managing multiple large-scale programs
• Experience coaching and mentoring a diverse team, preferably in a global environment
• Master’s degree preferred; will consider equivalent work experience
• Experience working in a transformational business role (Current or Past)
• Ideally, Big 4 Consulting experience is preferred but not required
