Base Salary Range: $136,600.00 - $170,800.00
Target Total Cash Range: $218,560.00 - $273,280.00
Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Description & Requirements
The eCommerce Associate Director of Sales will function as a General Manager for Kraft Heinz’s high-growth Grocery Wholesale business. This leader is the end-to-end business owner over our Grocery Wholesale’s customer teams. The role is responsible for customer relationships- digital marketing strategy & execution- and leading an impactful team. This encompasses contract and strategic negotiations- merchandising- marketing strategy- innovation- customer supply chain- and risk management. This role reports directly into VP of eCommerce sales.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Services the customer by establishing positive business relationships with decision makers- providing category management expertise programs at the retail level
- Works with Grocery Wholesale accounts and Kraft Heinz teams to build and implement digital growth plans encompassing both innovative vision and detailed execution
- Leads seamless execution of business operation
- Drive category growth through customer insights and analysis of consumer decision trees to disproportionately growth categories online
- Leads- develops- and encourages team of direct reports and skip levels to deliver against strategy and executional elements to achieve business commitment
- Provides updates to management on competitive activity (both at Customer and in the market)- Customer specific strategy changes- key marketplace updates and other business related activities
- Leads end-to end strategy for on and offline retail media growth initiatives to drive maximum results
- Build and monitor data reports to analyze trends of grocery products to highlight opportunities and address risks to the Kraft Heinz grocery portfolio
- Provides a single point of accountability to the customer for all company activities
- Builds Kraft Heinz business by profitable sales growth- share gains- revenue targets- special programs- new and core item introductions/distribution
- Serves as primary voice and advocate within Kraft Heinz HQ eCommerce organization for their account
- Owner of major eCommerce critical metrics- including financial and market share performance
- Leads business reviews and customer visits- including annual reviews- “top‐to‐top”- and industry meetings
- Drives efficient and effective digital marketing programs to increase return on investment
- Leads cross‐functional business planning in category management- supply chain efficiency- technology- and omnichannel shopper marketing
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Clear examples leading strategic planning and execution- proving an ability to make complex & timely decisions
- Proficiency in consumer demand strategy and budgeting
- Shown people leader with emphasis on team growth and development
- Significant experience in building customer relationships- with examples exhibiting clear communication and influence skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to lead a scaled business- including financial foresight with areas like profit and revenue drivers
- Clear expertise understanding of the key tenets of eCommerce and digital merchandising
- Seasoned and tested business expertise with multiple cycles serving as the owner of an eCommerce business including marketing and media budget- and customer relationship
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Remote based role that can be performed from a home office Additionally- this role requires occasional travel for internal & external stakeholder needs.
