The Associate Director, Creative Ops is a critical and strategic role for Pipette. This role leads the center of excellence for all Creative operations and project management, specializing in cross-functional milestone management end-to-end for all brand projects. This role is focused on driving strategic alignment with cross functional partners and creating integration tools and workflow that best support a go-to-market calendar. The Associate Director of Creative Operations leads the team to support various creative functions that facilitate and promote workflow efficiencies, to enable and promote best in class creative and marketing. In partnership with Marketing team leads, this person will lead the design and implementation of process improvement for the entire Marketing and eComm departments - fostering a cohesive work environment. This role reports directly to the Senior Creative Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages photography & video shoots; on-site production for in-house photoshoots, liase with production companies for external photoshoots, manage post-production calendar in partnership with Art Director
  • Builds and maintains strong partnerships across all cross-functional teams, ensuring that collaboration is productive and remains solutions-oriented and positive
  • Partners with Pipette leadership on resource planning and costs
  • Manages DAM
  • Generates ideas for workflow efficiencies for the creative pipeline, working with cross-functional leaders to optimize and implement
  • Leads planning all end-to-end pipeline schedules for omni-channel deliverables from pre-season concept kick off to asset-level delivery
  • Oversees project management, schedules and tracks final delivery on all projects
  • Leads large-scale projects, as needed, from initial concept to final approval
  • Manages and maintains budgets, invoice processing and planning
  • Facilitates cross-functional creative and project reviews with Senior Leadership
  • Maintains a standard of excellence for agendas and overall meeting effectiveness

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and development
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in developing and managing project pipelines for large-scale business units
  • 5+ years large scale budget management experience
  • 7+ years of relative experience working in operations for creative and marketing teams
  • Strong attention to detail, with a mind for connecting workflows to business needs
  • Ability to drive, direct, influence and coordinate activities among cross-functional, global teams
  • Highly process-oriented with superior skills in defining operational structures
  • Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work across all levels of the organization
Amyris is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The annual pay range for this role is $94,000 to $176,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis, and will vary based on the candidate’s skills, depth of experience and specific work location. This role is also eligible for incentive pay and equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
