The Digital Assets Platform team at Point72 is responsible for envisioning, building, and implementing a digital asset platform to support our investment and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
As an Associate on the Digital Assets Platform team, you will assist with a variety of activities related to the implementation and ongoing enhancements of the firm’s digital asset platform—with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the space in the process.

• Documentation and Reporting: Assist in documenting product requirements, specifications, and user stories. Help maintain product documentation and knowledge base. Generate regular reports on product performance, user engagement, and market trends
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices. Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis to inform product decision-making
• Product Support: Provide support to the Digital Assets Product Management team in various aspects of product development and management. Assist in product implementation planning, analyzing user feedback, and identifying user needs and pain points
• Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory developments in the digital assets space. Keep track of public emerging digital assets projects, changes in industry protocols, and new to market decentralized finance (DeFi) applications
• User Experience (UX) Research: Collaborate with design and research teams to conduct user research and gather feedback on product usability and user experience. Assist in analyzing research findings to drive product improvements
• Product Testing: Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and quality assurance (QA) processes for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Document and communicate issues, bugs, and user feedback to the product management and engineering teams
• Product Launch and Training: Support product launches by coordinating launch activities, assisting in the creation of operational materials, and providing training to internal stakeholders and support teams
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, design, and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of product initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest and understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the digital assets market

The annual base salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
