Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Product to Ops to Finance

Strong organizational skills, must be able to prioritize various activities

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead cross functionally across various business and product teams to define and achieve success together.

3+ years of experience in project management or scrum/agile practices

Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills

Coordinate with Release Managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain expected cadence

Translate product requirements into ticket-level acceptance criteria with clear and detailed user stories

Experience leading engineering teams and guiding technology roadmaps

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
