Department Overview The Associate Customer Support Manager ACSM is a part of a Service Organization in Quebec, the main responsibilities of this position is to manage various projects related to the operations of radio communication systems for our customers. Following process bases on ITIL, the ACSM will manage inventories throughout several locations, lead and assist in meetings, take responsibility with followup within the organization, build dashboards for customers and management, followup with third party suppliers and customers. Maintain a high quality level of communication between the customer and the rest on the organization.

Suivant les bases de processus ITIL, le candidat grera les inventaires sur plusieurs sites, dirigera et assistera les runions, assumera la responsabilit du suivi au sein de lorganisation, construira un tableau de bord pour le client et la direction, assurera le suivi avec les fournisseurs tiers et le client. Maintenir un niveau de communication de haute qualit entre le client et le reste de lorganisation. valuer la situation et proposer des solutions, participer loptimisation des processus. Assurer la performance, lexactitude, la qualit, lintgrit et la scurit de nos oprations.
Responsible of the asset and configuration process within an ITIL lead major project, the ACSM will have to execute various activities including process controls, regular coordination meetings with the customer and subcontractors.
Evaluate the situation and propose solutions, involved in process optimizations.
Ensure the performance, accuracy, quality, integrity, and security of our operations.
This position requires capacity to quickly assess the situation and respond in a timely manner using expertise in logic and diagnostic on the various systems supported.
This individual must have working experience with Public Safety Communication systems, IT infrastructure and nice to have experience including Networking, Servers, LAN, WAN, Application support, Networking Peripherals. Being able to work with all the levels of customers organization, from the basic user to the section manager. This individual is responsible for providing competent support to our customer, subcontractors and communicates efficiently with them.
Candidate Requirements
This position is based in Montreal and requires minimal travel in the province of Qubec.
Minimum 3 years experience in project management
Experience in the radio communication field andor IT is valuable.
Able to communicate fluently in French written and oral. Being able to communicate in English is a plus.
Strong expertise in logic, diagnostic and communication with the ability to explain complex problems, situation and issues to a wide span of auditors.
Experience with the usual Office tools
The candidate must pass a security clearance conducted by the Sret du Qubec

Participer intensivement un comit de processus de gestion d39;actifs et de configurations en prparant la documentation pertinente, en recueillant des dtails et en dirigeant un comit rgulier avec les membres clients.
Fournir une assistance au centre d39;appels, aux techniciens de terrain des soustraitants, parfois aprs les heures normales de travail, la nuit et les fins de semaines.
Travailler avec un niveau lev d39;autonomie et compter sur son propre jugement pour atteindre les rsultats souhaits. Recevoir de petites instructions sur le travail quotidien et des instructions gnrales sur les nouvelles affectations.

Capacit respecter les chanciers du projet.
Des heures supplmentaires, les weekends, les jours fris et des horaires variables peuvent parfois tre ncessaires.
Qualifications du candidat
Ce poste est bas Montral et ncessite un minimum de dplacements dans la province de Qubec.
Exprience en gestion de projet
Une exprience d39;au moins 5 ans dans le domaine des radiocommunications etou de l39;informatique est un plus.
tre capable de communiquer couramment en franais crit et oral, tre capable de communiquer en anglais est un plus.
Solide expertise en logique, diagnostic et communication avec la capacit d39;expliquer des problmes, des situations et des problmes complexes un large ventail d39;auditeurs.
Exprience avec les outils bureautiques usuels
Le candidat doit russir une cote de scurit effectue par la Sret du Qubec
