Assisted Living Director Jobs

Creekside Retirement Community is seeking an Assisted Living Director.

Affiliated with MRC and located in Huntsville, Creekside Retirement Community offers assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. This position will lead a team of dedicated staff to provide the best possible hospitality and residential living in Creekside’s 32- unit Assisted Living and 18-unit Memory Support. This position will oversee all aspects, including staff and operations. The position will also work closely with marketing to appropriately convey the unit's residential living offers and benefits to prospective residents and their supporting family members.

The successful candidate:

• Has Assisted Living Administrator’s Certification: completion or ability to obtain
• Models ICARE Values: Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence
• Has senior living operations experience preferably in a supervisory or management position
• Is preferably a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Has ability to be on call, and occasionally work nights, weekends and holidays
