Duties
To ensure the safety and well-being of the children in your care
To assist the teacher/children in their daily activities
To gain the knowledge of classroom procedures and preschool educational methods as well as the ability to engage children by earning their trust and attention
To work in a partnership with teachers and parents in supporting children on developmental milestones
Know and comply with minimum standards (will train)
Requirements

• Will pass a background check
• Possess a strong work ethic by being dependable, punctual, and consistent
• Must like to have fun!
• Respect the awareness and expectations for working with children by being gentle, supportive, and empathetic
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Must be flexible working with different ages of children.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or above
