Our top client currently has an opportunity available for APM to support their latest lab projects. Must have experience on this one. The APM will be an integral player in the management of the flow of information between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders and help with design assistance and the approvals process. Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

• Maintains project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure
• Tracks and validates approvals of Hard Copy documentation from project stakeholders
• Communicates with super/ runs meetings etc
• Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders
• Reviews the final soft copies of documentation, reviewing completion and adherence to A / E comments

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications

• 0-5+ years of construction management experience preferred and recent college grads encouraged to apply
• Strong judgment and flexibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Experience with life science/ lab/ healthcare projects is a plus
