Job Description
Function: Under the Direction of the Operations Manager, the Assistant Operations manager is primarily responsible for the coordination, production and safe delivery including dispatching of company products. Purchasing of tools and other resale items. Assisting the Inventory Controller with maintaining the accuracy of the location inventory.


Key Activities


  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental Requirements.
  • Coordinate trouble shooting of tools and other resale items.
  • Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Assist in customer service through assisting salesmen and front counter personal.
  • Work with and assist the Operations Manager as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate the front counter personnel.
  • Advise Operations manager when employee and customer situations are beyond scope of authority.
  • Purchase tools and other resale items.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate location inventory.
  • Maintain insurable driving record.

  • Ability to maintain agreeable relationships with vendors, employees and customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.


Education/Experience


  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) with applicable concrete operations training and experience.
  • Bachelor of Science degree with concrete experience preferred.
