Assistant Manager Jobs

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to join our growing Hollywood team. The selected candidate will be responsible for taking over functions of different departments and assisting the team.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new business for the company.
• Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.
• Drive recruitment process and training & development.
• Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing business growing strategies.
• Follow up with acquired customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Supervise and motivate team members.

Assistant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in retail service or sales.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
• 2+ years of retail experience is a plus.
• Interpersonal and mediation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to effectively train and motivate sales associates.
