Job Description

This position provides oversight of the client's grants from award to close-out, to include federal, state, local, and private awards that support client's programs and activities.

Ensures that grant awards are used in accordance with government, program and regulations and requirements.

Employees in this position are expected to utilize a high level of organizational, communication and critical thinking skills in addition to independent judgment in making decisions within the realm of their responsibilities.

The incumbent serves as the consultant to Program Directors, administrators and support staff in all areas of interpretation, performance and fiscal responsibility as they relate to grants, as well as liaison to the grantor / agency officer as warranted.

Minimum Education :

Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum Experience / Training :

  • Six years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and develop budgets while adhering to required internal and external policies and procedures.

Experience in working collaboratively with various groups including senior administrators, staff, faculty, federal and state officials, and community stakeholders.

An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
