Job Description
As a Team Member Housing Leader, your goal is to deliver a enriching experience to Team Members every day. You provide a warm welcome and safe and secure atmosphere for all team members using housing. As a member of the Human Resources team, you live and share your passion for genuine hospitality in your commitment to enriching lives.Your primary role is to oversee the logistics of team member housing and to ensure that our team feels a sense of belonging in their temporary housing environment. The exceptional service provided at Sea Island should extend to the team members in each part of their employment with us. Each arrival will be treated with a warm welcome and meaningful introduction to Sea Island. Constant interaction with housing partners and team members will ensure the housing experience is positive and engaging. This role will navigate a leader’s logistical skills as well as collaboration skills to fully capitalize the needs of the housing system. Housing can be short term, long term and transitional with relocation support as needed.Your responsibilities include a thoughtful welcome, compliance of units, financial and team member wellbeing in all the Sea Island supported housing. These tasks would include Securing annual housing based on team member needs, supplying, and tracking all Sea Island provided essentials in each room, room checks and occupancy maximization. The role will also ensure all financial and billing processes are in place and timely such as rent, utilities, payroll deductions. In conjunction with the Sea Island team, the role will include coordination with transportation on routes and cultural activities with Human Resources.This is a leadership role at Sea Island. You set the tone by consistently upholding and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, appearance. You follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are consistently met. You maintain situational awareness of your surroundings, keeping an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues, ensuring that all are corrected or reported immediately. You enthusiastically maintain your knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings, and share this information with team members. You are generous with your support and help resolve any service issues that arise in a timely and positive way, following up as needed.
