Assistant Controller Jobs

Introduction:

LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Parker + Lynch) is partnering with a diversified, financially stable Services organization in the Santa Clara, CA Area in their search for an Assistant Controller position! Our Client offers a dynamic, collaborative, and empowering culture with an excellent compensation and benefits package. This position will work On-Site with strong flexibility of schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing.
• Participate in regulatory reporting and compliance around rate reviews.
• Work with Operations to provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Reconcile bank and G/L accounts.
• Assist with budgeting/forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Current or previous experience with a Public Accounting Firm in Audit (Highly Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Passed the CPA exam (Highly Preferred).
• Experience with an ERP application (Preferred).
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (Advanced = VLookups, Pivot Tables, XLookups, etc.).
• At least 1-year of related experience.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $115,000 DOE + 10% Bonus Potential.
