Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Mont Alto is accepting applications for an assistant men’s soccer coach. This is a part-time position and will assist in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, practice planning, player skill development, organizing camps/clinics, fundraising, and compliance with USCAA and the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Qualifications/requirements for the position: typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, previous coaching experience at the collegiate level, but will consider high school/club coaching experience, previous recruiting experience a plus. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as part of your job responsibilities; a valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required. Employment with the University will require successful completion of background checks in accordance with University policies.
