Job Description
Labor Rocket is in need of an Assembly Team Lead for a production facility in Taylor, MI. The first shift is available, and the starting pay is $26/hr for this direct-hire opportunity. We are seeking candidates with at least five years of experience in manufacturing and a proven track record of leading production teams.
Required Experience
  • Problem-solving and use of continuous improvement tools
  • Previous experience training and leading people in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to perform successful hand-overs to the next shift
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
  • Willingness to adapt to change
  • Rework or material handling experience is a plus
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office, SAP, and ERP systems commonly used in production
  • Reliability is a must
  • Great attitude
Starting Pay: $26.00
Shifts
  • 1st shift = 7a-3:30p
