We are seeking great people to work at our Manufacturing Company located in Zeeland, MI. Our team members are responsible for the machine operation, assembly, and final inspection of a variety of great products. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, reliable with a positive attitude, and have a desire to grow within the company.
We are hiring people who want to join our team to work any hour of the day and we are flexible as to scheduling your start and end times. We can provide a schedule that works well with parents whose kids go to school.
Pay: We pay weekly. Your pay has a base pay component and then individual incentives that are designed to have you paid very competitively. For those who like a challenge this could be for you as you are personally in control of how much you make. Moreover, we offer a premium of $2/hour for time spent operating automated processes between 6pm and 5am.
This position starts out being employed through our partner Blu Perspectives with the opportunity to be hired in directly to Innotec as openings allow.
