This opportunity entails being responsible for assisting with arts-in -transit, urban, and environmental design services. This position may support a variety of transportation-related design and planning work for major infrastructure projects including roadway, bridge, park, and transit projects. Applies established methodologies and procedures to perform assigned tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Assists in the development of graphics, presentation materials, and reports.
• Assists in the production of 3D visualizations using the latest software.
• Assists in stakeholder and public participation process.
• Assist in the development of conceptual, design development and construction-level plans for urban design and landscape architecture (layout plans, planting plans, grading plans and construction details) using CAD software.
• Maintains records, collections and files related to specific projects.
• Conducts basic research and data collection.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, Urban Design or related field

What You’ll Bring:

• Performs specific short-term design and graphic assignments.
• Maintains a working understanding of graphics software (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Coordinates with team members and personnel within the firm on a regular basis to complete assigned tasks.
• Demonstrates fundamental design and production skills with attention to detail, with direction from more experienced staff.

What We Prefer:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Planning, Urban Design or related field
