As a recruiting partner of medmix Group AG we are looking for you as Area Sales Manager (a) for Dispensers/Coatings at the location in Salem, (NH) US. In your position, you will be responsible for conducting business growth activities, cultivating customers and opportunities, closing new business and ensure business objectives/strategies are met. The salary max. is $120,000 depending on experience, with an additional 20% commission of base pay to be paid annually based on KPI’s.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Routinely report on sales activities and opportunity pipeline to leadership
  • Recommend suggested selling prices, within established guidelines, for the customer
  • Regularly review account strategies and pricing with sales leadership
  • Create and follow up on sales quotations for customers
  • Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue
  • Ensure that products consistently meet client needs
  • Schedule and prepare sales visits to customers
  • Create, manage and collaborate on key account plans
  • Respond to questions and inquiries from the customer regarding technical issues that arise and provide related technical support or assistance
  • Meet with customers on-site, as required, to review business status, current projects and new opportunities
What You Bring To The Job


  • CRM experience, preferably salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of adhesives, sealants, coatings, and dispensing systems is valuable for this role
  • Willingness to travel greater than 40 % of the time (North American region)
  • International and intercultural understanding to work together with global colleague
  • Travel Requirements2-3 days a week with overnight stays
  • En: C1 – Advanced
  • Analytical capability as required to review, assess and interpret customer requirements and develop new opportunities
  • Track record of sales or customer facing experience for technical products
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, as required in working effectively with internal and external customers
  • Experience in bulding strong client relationships
  • Strong technical understanding and affinity to industrial products


Nice-to-Haves


  • Bachelor’s Degree (e.g. Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business) or equivalent experience
  • ERP knowledge with SAP preferred
