Job Description

One of the top 3 leading Glass fabricators in the US is looking to grow its East Coast sales team. Potential candidates should have sales experience and account oversight in one or more of the following markets: Glass fabrication, or Glass manufacturing and have demonstrated success in the selling process. This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned global business that is known for its superior fabrication processes and reliability.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include:

  • To achieve and grow territory sales
  • Particular focus on sale of glass products
  • Responsible to prepare and manage individual sales plan, in accordance with overall business plan for the region.
  • Organise work flow to effectively manage between business development and account management.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing client base to ensure client satisfaction while leveraging new opportunities in vertical markets and/or customer base.
  • Place a particular focus on enhancing existing relationships with key customer groups (Glazing contractors and architects), and a secondary focus of developing new business.
  • Be a strategic seller by focusing on multi-level relationships with customers; networking with customers, building strong relationships, obtaining information from various parties to understand market, and find selling opportunities.

Requirements for the Regional Sales Manager:

  • Must have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Previous experience covering Maryland or surrounding states.
  • Previous account management and sales experience in Glass fabrication or manufacturing
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain sold working relationships with clients and staff including senior management to align company's sales strategies.
  • Must have a proven sales record in account management.
