Area Sales Manager -Active Ingredients

Novaris is currently working with a global active ingredient supplier, specialising in the development and production of active molecules for the cosmetic and personal care industry. Our client is looking for an area sales manager who can help with the continuing growth plans in the US.

Our client strives to remain as one of the most innovative players in the space, utilising R&D to continue to improve their existing products and develop new ones year on year. Our client provides both plant and biotech actives that utilise the latest innovations and provide the highest quality.

Role

Our client are looking for a sales manager to grow and maintain customers in the specific region. You will introduce and sell all ingredients in the portfolio with key accounts.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop on the relationships you have forged
• Represent the organisation at events and conferences
• Prospect new customers highlighting all ingredients in the portfolio
• Developing key accounts
• Develop a sales budget

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to provide technical advice, so a technical degree and technical sales experience is required within active ingredients. Candidates must be able to speak/write English. Successful candidates will be confident, personable and autonomous and will have B2B sales experience within the personal care space.
