The Team:
The Asset Protection Department is responsible for the safety and security of all HOP employees, premises, and product. We strive to mitigate risk of loss, safety and security through consistent training and valued partnerships that are both internal and external. We are at the service of our clients (stores, corporate & Dayton) when needed and willingly make ourselves available to these valued partners. We use cutting edge technology to ensure their safety and security.
The Opportunity:
As the Area Asset Protection Manager, you will assume responsibility for the effective implementation of the overall Asset Protection program. Your partnership and timely communication with boutique management, the Sr. RAPM and corporate Asset Protection will be key in your continued success. You will consistently take measures to mitigate shrink and safety concerns through appropriate and effective training. Your daily responsibility will involve management of direct reports and vendor guards, to include appropriate scheduling. Maintenance of all AP related equipment. Management of all Asset Protection aspect involving store events.
About the Role:
- Supervision of vendor guards and direct reports where applicable.
- Conducts training of internal team and vendor guards, including new store opening trainings.
- Conducts training for locations in partnership with boutique and Director of Asset Protection.
- Ensures consistent functionality of all AP equipment in locations of responsibility.
- Open flexibility.
- Travels as needed to store locations within area.
- Leadership, coaching & development of AP team within area where applicable.
- Investigation of losses based on theft, operational errors, and transportation.
- Responsibility for the Asset Protection Program in 2-3 locations within respective market.
- Conducts boutique safety and security assessment using AP Checklist.
- Partners with local LE to report any instances of external theft.
- Management of vendor related concerns.
- Highly organized with all AP documentation.

- Yes – manages team of AP Supervisors & AP Specialists

About You:
- Flexible availability.

- 2-3 years AP Management experience in luxury setting.
