Job Description

Application Support Specialist/ Technical Support Engineer

Location: Cary, NC

Duration: 6 month, contract to hire

Schedule: 8am-5pm EST

Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Interest in automating redundancies or finding ways to be efficient while working with customers, customer service minded
  • Working with SQL (SQL query language/ SQL Server)
  • Network monitoring and using network analysis tools for MS Windows/Server including Active Directory
  • Experience with HL7 interfacing protocol (preferably Corepoint or Rhapsody)
  • Working in Virtual and Citrix environments
  • Infrastructure Operations including connecting with customer and going through troubleshooting measures to determine whether issues are with the network or company applications
  • Document and navigate knowledge base to pull previously documented troubleshoots for similar matters

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Help Desk Role providing level II support (or higher)
  • Familiar with VMWare
  • Experience working with Microsoft Server
  • Experience working in healthcare a plus!
  • Experience with SQL
