Tier Ii Application Support Sme

Gridiron IT is seeking a Tier II Application Support SME to work in our Morrisville, NC office.

:

• Interface and work with EAMS HQ to resolve user login issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and MFA resets as needed.
• Tasks:Provide Tier-2 user support for LiteBlue users, to include problem resolution and problem escalation for LiteBlue logon issues.
• Issues and incident support shall include but not limited to:
• MFA factors Reset

• Experience on mobile devices.
• Desired Skills:Already Postal cleared (USPS background investigation complete).
• Required Skills:Knowledge/Experience of multifactor authenticators.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails and coordinate with partners (HR, PinDB and EAMS HQ) as required for MFA resets.
• Experience/Knowledge on Service Now tool.
• Experience on Windows OS based hardware.
