o Description:

· We are seeking an experienced IT System Support/DB Support Analyst to provide technical support and expertise for our organization's information systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation, as well as knowledgeable with SQL syntax. The successful candidate will also be able to document processes clearly, willing to research answers to questions, and capable of dynamic prioritization.

· Functions and Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to systems

· Perform routine system tasks

· Overseeing daily IT systems operating workflows

· Develop and maintain documentation related to systems and databases

· Analyze and manipulate data using Excel and SQL to support business needs

· Triage system issues to aid the IT team in understanding issues

· Minimum Qualifications

· Proficiency in database administration, SQL, and related technologies

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficient with Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation

· Knowledgeable with SQL syntax

· Experienced navigating SQL Server Management Studio

· Able to document processes clearly

· Willing to research answers to questions

· Capable of dynamic prioritization
