One of our clients, a large Physician Organization, is looking for an Application Engineer II to join their Information Systems Department.

The position is full-time with a great compensation and benefits package.

📍 Location: Bingham Farms, MI - 90% Remote - 2 days/month in office.

The Application Engineer II will analyze and correct production support problems, investigate new technology and software, and develop and design specifications to meet project requirements.

This role requires close collaboration with various departments and staff to ensure the efficiency and integration of processes and data.

Responsibilities & duties -

• Provide written documentation and operational procedures
• Explore new technology and software for increased efficiency
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and healthcare data trends
• Develop, test, and document software programs and processes
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data quality and efficiency
• Analyze and fix production support problems, and recommend improvements

Qualifications -

• Experience with MS Access, Visual Basic, Microsoft 365, TOAD, and web development tools preferred
• Familiarity with Windows 2016, Linux
• Strong Oracle background (SQL Loader, Developer Suite, Oracle Database objects)
• Minimum 2-4 years of programming experience
• Experience with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), JAMS and CorePoint preferred
• Experience with Oracle Database 19c or other versions is required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a computer-related field is preferred
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required
