Compensation
$90,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities:Assist clients in identifying and understanding their specific requirements for high-rise, loft, and condo properties.Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and availability of properties in the target market.Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the entire home-buying process with professionalism and expertise.Schedule and accompany clients on property showings, providing valuable insights, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.Collaborate with clients to prepare and submit offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful closings.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders to enhance business growth and generate referrals.Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions that may impact the buying process.Continuously educate yourself on industry best practices and attend relevant training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.Qualifications:Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.Must have TX Real Estate License.Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry.About Company
