Your Mission
As a Project Manager with us, you'll be the bridge between our visionary technology and our diverse range of clients, from startups to major players. You'll dive into the heart of operations, maintaining open channels of communication with clients to truly understand their needs. Collaborating closely with our Applications and Robotic Engineers, you'll unravel the intricacies of system configurations and site dynamics. Your magic touch will coordinate all aspects of deploying Robotic Systems at customer sites, making sure our solutions exceed expectations.
What You'll Do
Take charge of end-to-end project management for warehouse engineering, including both hardware and software solutions.
Craft detailed project plans covering scope, budget, schedule, resources, and any external services.
Translate solution designs to clients in collaboration with warehouse planners and software experts.
Be the mastermind behind supply chain and logistics for project materials.
Keep a watchful eye on CRM and ERP order execution.
Oversee the smooth hardware installation and software implementation from testing to go-live.
Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Create engaging weekly progress reports to keep the team and customers in the loop.
What You Bring
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
You've clocked 5-10 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or project management, and it shows.
Your communication skills? Top-notch. This is a client-facing role after all.
Online collaboration tools are your playground, and the MS Office suite is your best friend.
Collaboration is second nature to you; you thrive on cross-departmental teamwork.
The idea of traveling (up to 50%) doesn't make you flinch.
You're all about learning and have an eye for detail.
