Supply Chain Operations Senior Manager - Remote | Wfh

As a Supply Chain Operations Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving fact-based transformation for supply chain leaders worldwide. You will work closely with our clients' internal supply chain professionals to design and implement high-performance supply chains that support their business strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
Responsibilities
Take a hands-on approach in managing and delivering exceptional Supply Chain Operations services to our valued customers.
Support the sales team in showcasing our innovative Supply Chain Operations service offerings.
Contribute to the creation of thought-provoking and engaging materials such as blogs and public speaking engagements to enhance our brand and position in the industry.
Collaborate with our talented team to develop new methodologies and service offerings, including innovative planning and analytics solutions, as well as research and benchmarking services.
Act as a mentor and leader, providing guidance and support to junior staff members.
Be prepared to travel 50-80% of the time based on project locations and client demands.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in operations, logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, science, technology, math, business, or a related field.
5+ years of working experience supporting logistics operations and/or service supply chain.
2+ years of experience in operations consulting or a project-based role at a Fortune 500 company.
Proven track record in large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.
Ability to identify gaps and risks in existing operational processes and develop recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Proficiency in using quantitative tools for business data analysis (e.g., MS Office, Tableau, or other data analytical tools).
Strong project management skills with at least 3 years of experience.
Experience in developing and managing junior staff members.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively for extended periods of time based on project requirements.
Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or another relevant graduate degree.
Preferred: Experience in developing business cases to support process improvements, operational efficiencies, automation, and system implementations.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $125,000-160,000 (actual compensation depends on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications).
