Polaris Industries is seeking an Analyst to dive deep into our marketplace data sets and help guide our content optimization and product selection programming. We currently manage 70k unique SKUs (and growing) across four distinct marketplace stores (Amazon and eBay). This role will work with cross functional teams and multiple data platforms to consolidate inputs, inclusive of competitive analysis, to help guide our product selection, optimization strategy and measurement approach.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of current content practices with documentation of insights and recommendations (thought leadership)
• Identify opportunities and formulate recommended strategic actions by analyzing multiple data sets, presenting to business leaders
• Develop measurement approach to determine incrementality and maximize testing opportunities to help refine content prioritization
• Measure competitive performance and market share impacts of the optimization strategy on an ongoing basis
• Develop and build reporting of all Amazon Product Detail Page reviews, product categories, FAQs, and ratings for both Polaris and competitor products
• Marry up data trends across marketplace and OEM Brand Site as additional inputs to help inform product selection and content approach
• Communicate data and insights effectively between teams
• Develop and maintain custom weekly and monthly reporting

What you’ll bring to the Analyst role:

• Understanding of marketplace algorithmic triggers
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Jungle Scout Cobalt, and eBay Seller Hub
• Prioritization experience
• Must be data driven and an analytical thinker
• Broad understanding of marketplace SEO
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Strong analytical and reporting skills including measuring performance and optimizing to KPIs
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis with emphasis on marketplace
• Well versed in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and expert in Excel, data manipulation, reporting etc.
