Allied Inventory Control Specialist

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage the inventory control system (NetSuite), maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations as necessary throughout the facility as it pertains to Allied products.

Responsibilities:

• Compiles, verifies, and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining inventory locations within the NetSuite system.
• Maintain and develop positive business relationships with key personnel.
• Assists in development of projects as well as make recommendations to appropriate personnel.
• Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures as well as compliance to contractual obligations.
• Leverage NetSuite inventory min/max and demand planning
• Identifies and assists in developing solutions to specific problem areas.
• Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.

• Microsoft word and excel proficient.
• Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• NetSuite knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of various pallet rack brands and sizing similarities
• Two to five years’ experience in materials/distribution functions, preferably in an inventory control capacity.
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior inventory and accounting experience required.

Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
