Aj's Fine Foods Floral Manager - Scottsdale

Floral merchandisers are floral designer experts, responsible for working with store directors and produce department managers, helping them grow their business. In addition to managing their own floral department, several days a week the division floral manager/merchandiser provides guidance to other floral managers, presenting and facilitating the implementation of new merchandising programs, processes and methods.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide training, guidance and coaching to department members, floral managers in training and other floral managers, demonstrating proper techniques for production, care and merchandising of all items for sale.

• Drive Bashas' (Affluent Stores) merchandising programs customer service philosophies at store level.

• Facilitate and supervise the merchandising activities in the floral department.

• Ensure proper execution of corporate programs at store level, assuring conformity with established sales, customer service, merchandising, and pricing program goals and objectives.

• Provide merchandising support assistance to store directors and department managers.

• Advise store directors and floral managers of new or improved merchandising procedures and new performance standards.

• Review with managers projected sales, gross profit margin, expense control and operating profit objectives, helping to ensure budgeted goals are met.
