Provide merchandising support assistance to store directors and department managers.

Advise store directors and floral managers of new or improved merchandising procedures and new performance standards.

Review with managers projected sales, gross profit margin, expense control and operating profit objectives, helping to ensure budgeted goals are met.

Drive Bashas' (Affluent Stores) merchandising programs customer service philosophies at store level.

Facilitate and supervise the merchandising activities in the floral department.

Manage current customer base and growth opportunities with a focus on service and support

Train and develop the customer base on new product offerings with a focus on new customer needs

Utilize CRM to manage customer contacts and opportunities

Maintain status as a trusted advisor with continual growth of product knowledge and strategies

Cooperate with other Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to increase opportunities and close rates across regions

5+ years of developed Food Manufacturing and/or Distribution sales experience with a preference for Regional Sales positions

Serve meals & create sandwiches

Package meals, sandwiches, soups and other items for purchase

Assist customers with their catering & entertaining needs
