Agile Coach Professional Jobs

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and affect lasting change across versatile project structures. The Agile Coach will be responsible for helping our project teams adopt and implement agile methodologies, and for providing ongoing support and coaching. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile principles and practices, as well as experience working with teams in a variety of settings. This role will be exposed to the full organization as well as clients.

Responsibilities:

• Help teams and project leadership adopt and implement agile methodologies
• Support communities of practice across the organization
• Ensure that teams and projects are meeting their goals and objectives
• Work with project leadership to establish and improve agile accountability measure
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to both teams and project leadership
• Coach scrum masters to improve skills and capabilities
• Stay up-to-date on the latest agile trends and practices
• Coach product management to improve epics, features, and stories
• Identify systemic agile implementation challenges across projects
• Identify project-level bottlenecks of value delivery flow
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Provide training and education on the value behind agile practices

Qualifications:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of various agile scaling practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with teams in a variety of settings
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience coaching in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of change management process
• SAFe (SPC) certification preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong understanding of various agile principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
