Role Description

Greg Meyer - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Agent's Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Property & Casualty license

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per month
