SEEKING ASSISTANT TO TALENT AGENT: This is a career opportunity for a reliable and dedicated worker at the entry-level.

In this role, you will be the right hand to a Talent Agent. Duties include managing artist calendars, creating deal memos and ensuring they are returned signed by clients, sending artist call sheets, booking travel, creating expense reports, helping maintain the relationship between the Agency and Artists wherever necessary. We prefer to promote from within and seek candidates we believe can grow into talent agents.

Knowledge and interest in the industries we work in is a big plus (beauty, fashion, entertainment, celebrity).

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and dependable. Please be proficient in Word, Excel, and basic office technology. Must be available after hours and on weekends - OT paid.

This role supports a roster of artists who work a variety of hours. Flexibility and a willingness to work paid overtime are necessary especially during Awards Season.
