The Intermediary is the fundamental position for experienced Advisors to conduct capital raise, sell-side/buy-side transactions, or consulting services.Stakeholders include the CEO, COO, the administrative team, Market Center Director, Senior Intermediaries, Associates, Clients, Investors, Sellers, Potential Buyers, and Alliance Partners. As such the Intermediary is responsible for managing all aspects of a transactions efficiently, effectively, and comprehensively; while developing the skills, certifications and licensure to become an industry expert and advancing to a Senior Intermediary
Responsibilities
¨Business Development Efforts
oCreate and manage outreach campaigns
oEstablish and nurture referral partner relationships
¨Lead client engagements
oFollow BMSG process to ensure successful completion of all engagements
oCollaborate with Blue Sky team to ensure exceptional delivery of services from initial contact through closing and beyond
¨Digital accounts management
oHubspot (CRM)
oBusiness & Market Strategy Guide (BMSG) – the Blue Sky Proprietary Process
oPitchbook, Avention, Pratt Stats, IBIS World, etc.
oAxial, Exio, BizBuySell, etc.
oSource Scrub, Seamless AI, etc.
¨Maintain and manage business license
oFINRA SIE and 63 licenses
oMaintain adequate levels of insurance
¨Continue learning process
oBecome industry expert
