POSITION OVERVIEW:
Oversee data collection methods provide innovative subject matter expertise while collaborating with members of Sales and Operations to create actionable results, reporting and presentations. Design strategies and provides insight on how to achieve organization goals. Develop and lead research projects. Expert on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the team. Comfortable working with ambiguous information. Acts with authority providing oversight to team and acting on behalf of management.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversite to multiple team projects ensuring milestones and budget metrics are met.
- Develop and monitor internal processes to ensure efficiency and functionality making sure that all facets are executed properly to assure that both customer and company needs are continually being met
- Evaluate operational & sales programs and strategies.
- Lead and execute cross functional projects and teams, make decisions regarding projects and programs affecting operational or sales effectiveness, policies, or processes
- Providing compliance to executive level leadership and liaison between internal compliance teams
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, visionary program/project strategy designed to continually grow and improve programs and build internal/external engagement
- Oversee multiple complex assignments concurrently.
- Responsible for the management and control of the contractual relationship with service providers using the application of process management, quality principles and analytical techniques
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of the principles in the field to advanced and complex issues.
- Expert negotiating strategy, leads negotiation and provides insight and reviews team members
- Using innovative systems and analysis closely monitor trends and pattern analysis to maintain competitive philosophy
- Design and convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, in written and/or electronic formatting
- Perform other duties as required
- Lead and manages cross-functional teams and Effectively communicates on at the direction of management to team members and with executives and acts with authority regarding assigned outside partnerships.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Provide training, and provide direction to lower-level staff
- Devise and evaluate methods of collecting operational and sales process data used for analysis, solutions and recommendations
- Develop resolutions to complex problems that require frequent use of creativity and/or enterprise alignment problem-solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues/problems without precedent and/or structure
- Lead benchmarking sessions across the enterprise with assessment and solid recommendation

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
- Strong contractual negotiation skills
- Ability to present plans, processes and business cases related to vendor engagement
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable computer system/programs
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other quantitative discipline or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years’ relevant experience in sourcing and/or sales, which includes experience evaluating, planning, and documenting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use database/analytical tools

- Must be able to travel as needed
